Description

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives and improve plant efficiency.
Lead and motivate a team of production staff to ensure high-quality products and meet customer requirements.
Establish and enforce procedures and controls to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
Manage plant resources, including equipment, materials, and personnel, to optimize production capacity and minimize waste.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in the automotive supply industry, with at least 5 years in a management role.
Proven track record of leading people and driving business growth.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
