Who we are looking for
You will join a small, happy team with a wide range of responsibilities including administration tasks with a focus on Chiropractic, taking calls, managing their diaries, taking payment and giving advice and information about the clinics to the patients they serve, all while delivering exceptional customer service to our client's practice members.
You will have the opportunity to learn about chiropractic and health, how to support our practice members on their journey towards optimal health and how to assist the rest of the clinical team.
Required skills
- Matrick Certificate Required
- Must have up capped internet (25 mbps)
- Demonstrable customer service experience in a fastpaced working environment.
- PC literacy
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A passion for customer service
- An eager, positive and proactive approach
- Problemsolving skills and thrives working to measurable objectives
- Strong organisational skills
- Keen attention to details
About Us
Balance VA has been operating for almost 6 years, and currently has 100 happy clients, and counting. That's 100 Chiropractic clinics of all sizes, some with Osteopaths, Physio therapists, Massage therapists, Nutritionists, and others.
