Warehouse Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring seamless inventory management and optimal use of resources. Key responsibilities include managing a team of warehouse staff, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and implementing efficient logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with excellent communication skills to fill this key role. The successful candidate will possess:

A warehousing or similar qualification is essential;
5 – 10 years of warehouse working experience in the FMCG / Wholesale / Hardware Retail industry;
Minimum of 5 years' experience at a management level;
A working knowledge of inventory management ERP software;
Kerridge knowledge and experience advantageous;
Advanced MS Office skills;
Ability to work extended trading times, weekends, and public holidays.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and be able to motivate and lead a team to achieve targets. They will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
