Business Developer Position

We are seeking an experienced Business Developer to join our client's team in Century City, Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales and experience in HR-related services.

Main Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development with a focus on HR services is necessary.
The successful candidate will have generated at least R5 million in annual sales from their established pipeline.
A robust network of relationships within the HR Manager and Director functions across various industries is essential.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are crucial for success in this role.
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities will enable you to drive results.
You must be self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Travel to different regions within South Africa may be required to engage with clients and partners.
An owned vehicle and valid driver's license are required.
