We're seeking a dynamic individual to spearhead our customer retention efforts.

As a Customer Retention Strategist, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies to keep our valued customers engaged and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and enhance retention campaigns using cuttingedge analytical insights, including predictive modeling.
Design and implement programs to optimize communication performance across all channels, ensuring maximum impact and personalization.
Utilize your expertise in sales management and team leadership to drive operational excellence within our retention call center model.
Leverage your consumer marketing experience to craft innovative acquisition and recontracting campaigns, backed by datadriven insights.
Manage agency/vendor relationships and budgets effectively to maximize ROI on retention initiatives.
Harness the power of CRM and consumer analytics to uncover hidden opportunities and drive strategic decisionmaking.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years' experience in a commercial role, with a focus on retention strategies and sales management.
At least 3 years of handson experience in customer experience, support, or consumer marketing.
Proven track record in implementing churn reduction tactics and credit card retention strategies.
Expertise in multichannel marketing, including digital platforms, coupled with a flair for creative thinking.
Strong analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to leverage segmentation and predictive modeling to drive results.
