As a qualified valuer you would compile valuation reports for our clients with a focus on municipal valuations, agricultural, residential and Industrial/ commercial valuations.


The role involves the following duties:

  • Professional valuations of land, buildings, and commercial (real estate) properties
  • Writing detailed reports
  • Offering investment appraisals and advice
  • Assist clients with resolving disputes around land and property sales
  • Keeping up to date with the property market
  • Provide advisory services to clients in the corporate advisory division
  • Meet clients' expectations by ensuring quality valuations are completed within the prescribed turnaround times
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and engagement
  • Share expert knowledge and industry trends with clients through technical and advisory services
  • Ensure extraordinary client experience through professional conduct and interactions
  • Schedule and coordinate activities for self and/or others by identifying the appropriate resources required to perform these activities within a specific time frame in order to achieve business objectives
  • Share knowledge and industry trends with the teams nationally during formal and informal interaction
  • Contribute to a culture conducive to the achievement of goals

Preferred Qualification
BSc (Hons) in Property studies or BCom (Hons) - Valuations


Essential Certifications

  • Registered Professional Valuer, Registered Associate Valuer with SACPVP, RICS Professional member

Minimum Experience Level
3 years' experience in property valuation

Remuneration will be commission based as a percentage of the valuation fees charged as well as a percentage of Broker deals completed, plus a petrol allowance.
