Product Compliance AssistantReports To

The Product Compliance Assistant will report to the Compliance Manager and CTO.

Job Overview

This position provides support to the production and regulatory management teams involving compliance and licensing issues at all levels. The Regulatory Compliance Assistant will assist in the administration of compliance and product development sections' processes and programs.

Responsibilities and Duties

Follow up on new test reports

Follow up on listing requirements

Follow up on expired reports and certificates

Manage and maintain filing system.

Fill in compliance application documents

Follow up with regulating authorities on Compliance applications

Work with warehousing to ensure product compliance

Set Reminders for tasks needed to be done

Assist KAMs with test reports requests

Receive Samples from China

Maintain sample area

Keeping track of samples

Assist returns department on queries they are unable to resolve

Test product and provide solutions

Other related tasks as required

Qualifications

Any knowledge of ICASA and NRCS would be preferred

Previous experience with electronics required.

Excellent English writing.

Energetic, honest and hardworking individual required.
