    Description

    Purpose of the Role

    • To lead and develop the team, ensuring targets are met.
    • Drive performance in line with the team's Game Plan.
    • Develop current position and career plans for self and team members.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Recruitment and selection processes
    • Training programs (5 and 8 Steps)
    • Reporting and administration tasks (stats, QA, voice logs, reporting, structure updates)
    • Data and dialler management
    • Leading morning meetings
    • Coaching and mentoring team leaders
    • Incentive management

    Knowledge, Experience & Skills Required

    • Matric/Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
    • 3+ years of relevant experience in a call centre sales environment
    • At least 1 year in a leadership role
    • Strong telephony knowledge (systems and sector)
