- Oversee camp operations including accommodation, catering, and security.
- Manage staff, ensuring training, scheduling, and performance.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Control budget, procure supplies, and manage resources.
- Maintain client relations and communication.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field (preferred) - Engineers degree is beneficial.
- 8+ years' Experience in camp management, preferably in remote settings.
- Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing environments.
