Key Responsibilities
Proactive Lead Generation: Identify potential home loan clients through strategic partnerships and personal marketing initiatives.
Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand clients' financial situations and goals.
Product Matching: Recommend tailored home finance packages that address clients' needs and challenges.
Closing Deals: Clearly explain the features and conditions of the recommended product packages and secure client approvals.
Post-Sale Support: Maintain regular contact with clients, address concerns, and encourage referrals.
Administrative Tasks: Accurately capture and manage client applications, supporting documents, and branch administration.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications: Matric, 2 years of sales experience, and a proven track record in sales.
Preferred Experience: 3 years of sales experience in the home loans industry.
