Description
Hospitality Management qualification, minimum of 3 year Diploma.

  • Minimum 5 years rooms division management experience in 4/5* hotels, along with accounting exposure
  • Revenue and yield management experience ESSENTIAL especially rental pool experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of Opera and Micros is a must, advanced / superuser staus would be an advantage.
  • Must be well presented, be able to to deal with people on all levels especially owners and fellow staff and management.
  • Drivers licence essential.
