Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Sales Administrator.

Key Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of administration experience in a sales environment, ideally with a Grade 12 qualification
In-depth knowledge of the Material Handling Equipment (Forklifts) and cleaning industry is essential
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programmes is required

Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve revenue and profitability quotas for company products sold across various customer segments
Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, filing documents, and communicating key information
Generate weekly and monthly reports, including market sensing, competitor analysis, sales calendars, and activity reports
Evaluate the adequacy of sales-related equipment and materials
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and offering after-sales support when needed
Process orders accurately and efficiently
Communicate with clients regarding unforeseen delays or issues
Assist in preparing promotional materials and organizing events
Maintain adherence to laws and policies
