Divisional Operations Finance Manager

The Divisional Operations Finance Manager oversees financial operations of multiple stores within a designated division ensuring financial compliance managing budgets analyzing financial data and providing strategic financial guidance to drive profitability and operational efficiency.

Duties & Responsibilities

Develops and implements financial strategies to achieve divisional financial goals.
Manages and monitors divisional budgets and financial performance.
Analyzes financial data to provide insights improving profitability.
Ensures compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Oversees financial reporting for the division.
Collaborates with other departments to optimize financial processes.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor of Commerce degree required.

Key Requirements:

5+ years of experience in finance preferably in retail or manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of financial analysis budgeting forecasting and financial modeling.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Possess high level of integrity and professionalism.
