Exciting Opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Mirna Butler Recruitment. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project costs and ensure that they are within budget
• Prepare and manage project contracts and agreements
• Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project success

Requirements:

• BSc (Quantity Surveying, Construction / Project Management) OR B.Tech (Building Science)
• 6 - 8 years' relevant industry experience in a building construction environment
• Computer literate
• Valid driver's license and own reliable transport

Professional Registration:

• ASAQS / MBA (will be an advantage)

Remuneration:

QS or Candidate QS – R30 000.00 – R50 000.00 CTC
