This role will suit you if you have a passion for using and collecting data to create databases / knowledge repositories ensuring timeous, accurate and reliable information on a global scale.

Qualifications required:

University degree in accounting, finance, business, or IT - essential

Post graduate qualifications - advantageous

Skills and experience required:

4 years' experience as a data analyst / business intelligence analyst.

Strong communication skills in English

Experience or knowledge of Power BI or similar

Knowledge of or an interest in IT hardware and parts

Research and data analysis experience

Project Management experience

Job description

Support internal teams by providing accurate research on products being shipped and related information on compliance and tax regulations at destination.

Provide research to quickly resolve shipping queries.

Engagement with product manufacturers, distributers and regulatory bodies globally.

Provide research regarding new products specific to client requirements.

Create and maintain an IP database which will streamline the shipment process to international clients.

Assist developers to automate process based on the IP database, client jurisdictions and future needs of the organisation.

Our client is head quartered in Mauritius, so a willingness to relocate at a later stage is advantageous.
