    Senior Product Manager - Lending Products

    We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager with extensive experience in lending products to manage and execute the strategy for our lending portfolio.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development, management, and monitoring, with a proven track record of delivering key financial performance indicators.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and manage lending products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
    • Develop and implement product strategies to optimize economic profit, grow new customers, and penetrate existing customer bases.
    • Manage risk and compliance for lending products to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and minimize potential losses.
    • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of product launches and ongoing product maintenance.

    Requirements:

    • Relevant degree (e.g., finance, business administration)
    • Post-graduate qualification (e.g., MBA) advantageous
    • At least 8 years' experience in financial services/banking product management or product development with specialist lending knowledge and experience
    • At least 3 years product manager or 5 years senior analyst experience

    Estimate Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
