    Description
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Gather and prioritise requirements from internal stakeholders for new systems or enhancements.
    • Analyse current systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
    • Develop actionable roadmaps for improving workflows and processes, and establish and organise KPIs in line with global directives.
    • Lead the development and implementation of new systems, from conceptualisation to deployment.
    • Coordinate with external vendors, providing clear requirements and overseeing their work to meet project objectives.
    • Liaise between various departments and groups, collaborating with project managers and cross-functional teams.
    • Utilise SQL expertise to analyse data and design database structures to support system functionality.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# to understand system architecture and contribute to development efforts.
    • Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations.
    • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and utilisation of new systems.
    • Adhere to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

    Education and Experience:
    • Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, mathematics, business management, or economics.
    • Proven experience as a Systems Analyst with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
    • Experience in vendor management including contract negotiation and oversight.

    Knowledge & Skills:
    • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and database management.
    • Understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
    • Familiarity with SDLC methodologies and best practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
