- Adhere to relevant legislation and Company policies, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2nd Hand Goods Act, Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA), Occupational Health and Safety policies, and Trade Exchange Policy.
- Capture information on the Company's CRM system, highlighting essential tasks such as capturing leads and opportunities.
- Ensure transactions occur according to Company standards and procedures.
- Safekeep Company assets and facilities.
- Maintain a neat and tidy store, cleaning and tidying as necessary.
- Wear a name badge while working in the store.
- Follow operational policies, standards, and procedures.
- Perform additional duties reasonably expected within the scope of the position.
- Utilize quiet times to source information, phone potential clients, review customer collections, and update admin or compliance documents.
- Exercise high awareness to detect and respond to fraudulent and suspicious behavior.
- Meet or exceed store and personal sales targets and minimum standards.
- Represent the Company's brand through appearance, communication, and sales pitches.
