Our client in the Automotive industry is looking for aCustomer
Executive to ensure optimal customer service to a client on completion of a sale for preparation of the car to be purchased and collected
Key requirement
- Relevant qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- At least2 years of experience in a customer interfacing role
- MS Office suite
Key responsibilities
- Monitor all customer care communication on WhatsApp group's to ensure that you are fully aware of deliverables and expectations
- Effective communication in ensuring that all requests to customer care are replied to in a timely manner with feedback in terms of next steps
- Arrange the drivers for pickupspublic transport clients coming form outside destinations
- Advise the client on the customer service survey process
- Open file and accurately complete FICA administration and insurance
- Daily reports: Natis, comeback, vehicle condition and loyalty reports
