• Oversee the daily operations of the perfume sales department, ensuring efficient workflow and exceptional customer service.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve their full potential and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage product assortment to optimize sales and meet customer demands.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in perfume or luxury retail sales, with at least 1 year in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Indepth knowledge of fragrance and perfume products.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive strategic decisionmaking.
