    External Sales Representative

    Join our reputable hardware company in Richards Bay, KZN, as an External Sales Representative and take on a challenging role that requires strong sales skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Visit clients to demonstrate products, show samples and solve client needs, negotiate new and replacement orders
    • Develop and update knowledge of company and competitors products and work with other sales and marketing personnel to establish the best methods of promoting products
    • Investigate and determine customers needs, explain and demonstrate products which may involve technical presentations of products and the application they may be used in
    • Arrange a program of visits to all existing clients, source potential new clients by contacting key personnel and making appointments

    Requirements:

    • 2-3 years sales experience within the hardware industry
    • Able to clearly present product and service information
    • Able to work without direct supervision
    • Able to analyse market and client base
    • Cold calling and tele-marketing experience
    • Target driven
