    Your Role:

    As our National Sales Manager, you will lead our sales operations nationwide, developing strategic plans to expand our market presence and achieve ambitious sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Strategic Leadership: Develop comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth and revenue goals.
    2. Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence.
    3. Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities to reach every corner of the nation.
    4. Customer Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
    5. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insightful reports and recommendations.
    6. Collaboration: Work closely with departments and executive teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.

    Requirements:

    1. Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of progressive sales leadership experience in the Scientific Industry.
    2. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and managing large, diverse teams.
    3. Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop strategic sales plans with a focus on long-term success.
    4. Excellent Communicator: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, influencing and negotiating at all levels.
