EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, along with the following will be advantageous:
  • Relevant post-secondary qualification.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure maintenance.
  • Experience in personnel management in an agricultural environment.
  • Fluent in Afrikaans.
  • Must live in the area or be able to relocate and arrange for own accommodation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Create and manage an annual farm budget.
  • Manage a workforce of five personnel.
  • Supervise work plans as well as weekly and daily task lists.
  • Oversee financial administration related to supplies and payments.
  • Supervise the maintenance of infrastructure, tools, and supplies.
  • Road and fence upgrades will be a significant aspect.
  • Establishment of wildlife species.
