    R12 000 to R13 000 Monthly Salary (CTC)

    Permanent Position Available

    A leading company specializing in earthworks and infrastructure development requires a highly organized and proactive Administrative Professional to join their Pretoria-based team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, procurement, and financial processing skills, with experience in the construction or building industry.

    Essential Qualifications:

    1. Grade 12 Certificate
    2. Valid Driver's License & Reliable Vehicle Ownership
    3. Minimum 2 Years' Experience in an Administrative Role within Construction
    4. Proficiency in Pastel & Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    5. Proven Ability to Source Small Fittings & Materials
    6. Experience in Stock Management & Inventory Control
    7. Ability to Load Supplier Invoices on Pastel
    8. Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    1. Loading & Processing of Supplier Invoices
    2. Maintaining Accurate Records of Orders, Invoices, & Stock Levels
    3. Assisting with General Office Duties & Administration as Required
    4. Ordering Parts & Materials for Operations
    5. Monitoring & Restocking of Small Office Supplies
    6. Sourcing & Purchasing of Fittings & Stock Needed for Ongoing Projects
    7. Collaborating with Directors to Confirm Stock Requirements
    8. Arranging Equipment Rentals & Purchases for New Sites
    9. Securing Necessary Materials for Construction Site Operations
