Requirements:
Grade 12


Qualifications:
"Train the Trainer" Course, Conduct Outcomes Based Assessments Training and Modera tion of Outcomes Based Assessments Training 1-2 years hands on experience, in Machinery training (Forklift Re-certification etc) / facilitating in a learning / education environment. Computer Literate (MS Office) Excellent reporting, written and verbal communication skills Must be willing to work flexible hours and weekends. Preferably staying in the Upington area.

Responsible for the following Key Performance Areas:
Training / facilitating various soft skills training courses. Preparing training material and lesson plans. Compilation of daily, weekly and monthly training reports to the office of the COO. Implementing of all training activities. Providing student support. All training department administration. Managing all daily training operations, implementing standards, policies, procedures and training / facilitating principles

Temp to perm

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
R R800.00 per day
