    Job Overview

    As a Packaging Project Manager at Encore, you will be responsible for managing all assigned projects from conception to first order placement. This includes providing packaging solutions for new products, range re-launches and range extensions.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Manage projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
    • Develop and implement effective packaging solutions that meet business objectives and customer expectations.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Liaise with external suppliers to source innovative and sustainable packaging solutions.
    • Conduct quality checks on packaging materials and artwork to ensure compliance with legislative and environmental standards.
    • Monitor and control packaging costs, ensuring alignment with business goals.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Project Management, Brand Management, or Packaging Diploma through IPSA.
    • 5 years of experience in FMCG project management, account/traffic management, or a related field.
    • Proven expertise in packaging design, production, and supply chain management.
    • Excellent communication and project management skills.
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

    Desirable Skills

    • Knowledge of packaging technical/design principles.
    • Familiarity with cross-functional team environments.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and other project management tools.
