    Are you an experienced leader with a passion for banking and business operations?

    We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Manager, Support, Enterprise Banking to oversee a team of support bankers in Cape Town.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage a team of support bankers to deliver top-tier support to the Enterprise Multi-Channel and Portfolio segment teams.
    • Develop an in-depth understanding of client priorities to ensure alignment with their needs.
    • Implement and manage people practices to ensure compliance with risk and regulatory standards.
    • Monitor end-to-end compliance with all risk management practices, particularly in high-risk areas.
    • Enhance client satisfaction and experience through exceptional support and problem-solving.

    Qualifications:

    Required:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

    Licenses & Certifications:

    • FAIS Representative certification, where applicable.
    • Certifications in Risk Management, Credit Analysis, or Financial Services could be advantageous.
    • Certified Banking Professional (CBP) or similar certifications are highly valued.

    Experience:

    • 5-7 years of experience in Business & Commercial Banking or similar areas, with expertise in Enterprise Direct Propositions.
    • Proven leadership experience, especially in environments with high-risk and credit management responsibilities.

    Technical Competencies:

    • Strong Business Acumen with knowledge of audit processes.
    • Financial Acumen and deep understanding of Business Banking Products.
    • Able to identify and assess Risk, with strong capabilities in Risk Reporting.
    • Risk/Reward Thinking to balance client support and regulatory standards.
