Call Center Team Leader - Short Term (Vehicle, Household and Contents)

A1 Financial Services is an authorized Financial Service Provider with FSP No47264 and we require a dynamic Team Leader to spearhead a Short Term Insurance sales (Vehicle, Household and Contents) campaign.

This is for one of the leading insurers in South Africa. This position entails directing and managing sales agents, securing targets, and leading a successful team holistically. This position is for an energetic, ambitious target-oriented individual who LOVES SALES We offer competitive commissions, incentives, rewards, growth, and development with loads of fun

Responsibilities:

Managing a team of sales agents
Optimizing sales
Coaching, mentoring and managing objections
Implementing sales strategies
Data workflow management
Assisting in the interviews
Preparing weekly reports

Able to lead a team in a highpressure environment
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload and reorganize tasks as necessary

Great management skills
Effective communication both oral and written
Successful track record in managing a Sales team in a Call Center (+ 2 years experience)
Matric or other relevant qualifications
