Responsibilities include and non-Technical Skills Include:

Directly involved in the full software development lifecycle: Requirements gathering, design and implementation, testing and documentation, continuous delivery and integration and operational maintenance

Working closely with the architect to write software for a project(s), or as part of a team of developers
