The team you'll be part of
Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services.

With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).

You will be leading high motivated and skilled NPO (Network Performance and Optimization) team. Responsible for all contractual NPO KPIs during the rollout. You will be reporting to CDM. You will be interfacing customer head of RAN engineering.

As NPO PM you will:

  • Own and manage stakeholder relationship for assigned scope in services, delivery and performance areas.
  • Primary contact within Nokia for planning and execution, resource allocation, prioritization and escalation topics for all phases of the execute process.
  • Measure and track operational KPIs (SLA, time, scope, quality) and cost compliance (recharge vs CBL).
  • Drives for continuous efficiency improvement in terms of cost adherence and optimize projects' operational performance
  • Ensure operational continuity and smooth execution by implementing proactive delivery management practices.
  • Strong alignment with other stakeholder on the process, tools, way of working, knowledge management and best practices
  • Work on new business cases, and CBL for NPO Projects.
  • Set up and maintain clear and effective internal and external communication within the relevant project stakeholders (e.g. customer and project teams)
  • Drive Customer Satisfaction through the established survey mechanisms and by providing services that are fully compliant with the SLA/KPI
  • Own monthly acceptance target together with NI/Care teams.

Your skills and experience

You have:

  • Management experience skills, and knowledge within the NPO domain.
  • Proven experience in planning and optimization of 2G, 3G, 4G technologies and 5G cellular networks.
- an analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills, good team player, able to work independently and under time pressure.
- _excellent English and French_
