Overview:


Duties & Responsibilities:

(An overview, but is not limited to the full function of the role)


Financials

  • Implement within the time and cost allocated to the project

Customers

  • Gathering of information for implementations
  • System setup
  • Completion of all required implementation documents
  • Updating of the project plan
  • Meeting with the client pre and postimplementation
  • Testing
  • Training
  • Onsite support
  • Issue management
  • Project closure

Internal Process

  • Completion of the internal setup of documents and sending them to Tech Support accurately
  • Uploading client information into the online solution accurately
  • Building the client's policies and approval workflows in the online solution accurately
  • Setting up missed savings reasons, policy violation reasons, client specific event types in the online solution accurately.
  • Loading clients preferred suppliers.
  • Full testing in the online solution before training and going live.
  • Responsible for completing all training material.

Controls

  • Ensuring the project plan is always up to date.
  • Ensure that all risks for the project have been cleared before going live.
  • Ensure that all changes have been recorded and signed off.
  • Ensure that escalation is done when required.

Skills, Experience & Qualification(s):


  • Should ideally have +/ 2 years in a similar role.
  • GDS experience
  • Online booking tool knowledge
  • Thorough understanding of backoffice systems and client ERP systems
  • Have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate at all levels of the organization
  • Should retain very strong interpersonal skills.
  • Meet deadlines and work independently and in a team.
  • Attention to detail is very important.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills.
  • Skilled in collecting and analyzing data, drawing logical conclusions, and summarizing in a clear, concise manner.
  • Ability to develop and maintain productive working relationships with the organisation, management, and staff.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and generally technologically savvy
  • Able to travel for short periods of time.
  • Technology orientated.
