This is an exciting opportunity to join our Motor Assessing Department as a Motor Claims Relationship Manager: HCV & Farm Implements, based in Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and control Motor Body Repairers' KPIs
• Support the Assessing team
• Handle complaints effectively
• Utilize sound knowledge of Smart Repair Technology
• Apply repair versus replace methodology
• Adhere to business standards:
• Normalise Cost Ratio (NCR)
• Average Repair Cost (ARC)
• ARC plus Ancillary Cost (ACPC)
• Optimize the use of alternative and green parts
• Manage costs after First Repair Claim
• Operate MBR/Santam systems efficiently:
• Abuntex
• Qapter Connect
• RPM
• Parts Procurement Systems
• PartSmart
• Organize and manage Supplier Performance Measurement meetings

Requirements

• At least 5 years of Motor Assessing experience
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Heavy Commercial Vehicle and farming implements
• Abuntex certification
• Familiarity with Claims Centre and Santam System
• Techincal qualification
