    Description
    Tower Group is seeking an exceptional Assistant to Marketing Manager to provide efficient and professional assistance to the Marketing Department and support to the Head Office Marketing Team.

    The ideal candidate will have a degree or national diploma, at least 5 years administration experience, and knowledge of Microsoft suite. Key skills include good attention to detail, high organisation, and the ability to work unsupervised. The successful applicant will actively contribute to team success, demonstrate attention to detail, build strategic working relationships, communicate effectively, plan and organise tasks efficiently, follow up on progress, take initiative, and ensure that marketing packs and support documentation are available for marketing managers during events and activations.

    Responsibilities include updating and maintaining the franchise pricelist, receiving and processing orders for all franchise personalised items, ordering and controlling merchandise for stores items, sales aids, setting up supplier meetings, requesting quotations and negotiating costs from authorised suppliers, acting as the marketing department point-of-contact for all franchise queries, opening new credit applications, processing monthly invoices, assisting with events, booking venues, ordering marketing material, ensuring marketing packs and support documentation are available for marketing managers during events and activations, identity brand standards for all items required by franchise network, and monitoring the implementation thereof.
