The Technical Manager Airport Systems and ation Technology will be responsible for monitoring events in the Airport Applications and Electronic Systems environment to ensure normal operations and detect exception conditions.
- Monitor all events that occur in the Airport Applications and Electronic Systems environment to allow normal operations and detect and resolve or escalate exception conditions.
- Responsible for the quality of Airport Applications and Electronic Systems Services delivered through Service Providers
- Establish mechanisms for capturing issues across all business frameworks
