INBOUND RESOLUTIONS AGENT
Randburg, Johannesburg

Salary:
Basic + Uncapped Commission

JOB PURPOSE:

To resolve customer and client queries, ensuring high collection level at all times within the set parameters of the Debt Collection Act, National Credit Act and Company operating procedures.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

Matric (required)
Minimum of 2 years' Experience in debt collections as well as Customer support

management.

Understanding and implementation of business requirements as well as client

requirements.

Working knowledge of South African regulatory and legal compliance requirements.
Working knowledge of MS Office
Aptitude in decisionmaking and problemsolving
Ability to function within any Inter department within the Resolutions team.
Implement strategies, plans and procedures enforced by the Organisation that will

maximise collections and ensure that stakeholder expectations in terms of service levels
are exceeded.

Ensure set targets are met.
Adherence to company policies and processes as required.
Any ADHOC requests

Working hours between 07h00am to 16h00 and 08h00 to 17h00.
