    We are seeking a seasoned Database Administrator with 6-10 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid role. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL replication expertise and a proven ability to work both independently and within a collaborative environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and maintain databases to ensure high availability and reliability.
    • Implement and support Transactional and Merge Replication for data consistency across databases.
    • Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize queries for efficiency.
    • Conduct backups, recovery, and perform regular maintenance tasks.
    • Collaborate with development teams to support database changes and updates.
    • Uphold data security and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
    • Contribute to database design, architecture planning, and capacity management.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • 6-10 years of proven experience as a Database Administrator, with a focus on SQL replication (Transactional and Merge).
    • Strong expertise in SQL Server and database administration best practices.
    • Proficiency in performance tuning, query optimization, and analysis.
    • Solid understanding of disaster recovery and backup strategies.
    • Ability to work independently within a remote team environment.
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
