Key responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the Pichulik retail store
Maximise store sales and profits
Comply with all legislative, company and centre policies and procedures
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Maintain excellent store condition
Maintain visual merchandising standards
Manage point-of-sale processes
Manage stock
Manage and develop retail team
Provide digital marketing support
Requirements:
Matric/Grade 12
Valid work permit
Ability to work flexible retails hours, including Sundays and evenings
Two years ́ experience in retail
Excellent understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Good communication skills
Customer service focused
Reliable, friendly, helpful, confident and engaging
Excellent administration skills
Good computer skills:
POS system, Shopify
Good with numbers
