We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Benny Recruitment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.

Your primary goal will be to resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that customers receive the best possible experience. You will also be required to follow up on pending complaints and keep customers informed of their progress.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets. You should also be able to sell products or services telephonically and handle objections appropriately.

The estimated salary for this position is £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Responsibilities:
