    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide top-tier operational support to our executive directors at their centralised office in Durbanville.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the executives' diaries, coordinate meetings, and arrange seamless travel arrangements.
    • Act as the gatekeeper, managing key stakeholder relationships with schools' staff, parents, suppliers, and operational teams.
    • Handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Oversee office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
    • Occasionally travel on an ad-hoc basis.

    Requirements:

    • 10+ years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
    • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred but not essential).
    • Fluency in English and Afrikaans.
    • Excellent organisation, time management, and prioritisation skills.
    • The ability to handle pressure with ease.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
    • A valid driver's licence.
