    We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to provide administrative support to our organization. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our office, providing exceptional service to staff and customers.

    • Provide administrative support, including answering queries, handling general inquiries, and maintaining accurate records and databases.
    • Maintain employee records, client information, and project details in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and minutes, as well as coordinate travel arrangements and book meetings and appointments.
    • Assist with budgeting and financial tasks, including data entry and expense tracking.
    • Support other departments as needed, including HR, IT, and operations, while maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

    **Requirements**

    • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (such as business administration or office administration) an asset.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
