    **Packing Season Responsibilities**

    The primary objective of this role is to ensure accurate and timely invoicing of stock on the IT system based on pricing information received from the marketing team. This involves several key tasks.

    • Verify pricing information and report any discrepancies to the Supply & Distribution Manager.
    • Handle customer queries regarding invoicing in a timely and efficient manner, consulting with the Marketing team as necessary to resolve issues.
    • Capture Account Sales, Debit notes, and Credit notes as required, ensuring sign-off by the Supply & Distribution Manager or Group Chief Executive.
    • Perform stock reconciliation between IT systems to address incorrect stock items promptly.
    • Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices from service providers at agreed-upon rates per season.
    • Correctly allocate costs on the IT system and update the cost chain calculator based on latest shipping and service provider costs.
    • Set up and maintain payment terms, port codes, customer accounts, etc., correctly on the IT system.

    Off-Season Tasks

    During the off-season, focus on the following:

    • Ensure stock to be invoiced is zero and perform a final stock reconciliation between IT systems.
    • Collaborate with the Head Office admin team to reconcile all service provider accounts, verifying balances match what is captured on the IT system and paid amounts.
