    Job Title: Entry-Level General Sales Agent

    We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping customers find the products they need, making sales, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet customers and engage them in a friendly and helpful manner.
    • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
    • Provide detailed information about products and services.
    • Process sales transactions accurately using the cash register or point-of-sale system.
    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
    • Stock and replenish merchandise as needed.
    • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and promotions.
    • Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
    • Assist in setting up displays and promotional materials.
    • Follow all safety and security procedures.

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
    • Basic math skills for handling transactions.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

    The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
