Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for the Automotive Industry and a proven track record in the Service Department? Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to take on the role of
Service Manager at their Premium Brand dealership.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead a team of skilled technicians and service advisors to deliver topnotch automotive services.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure highquality vehicle maintenance and repair services, meeting, and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Strive for continuous improvement in service efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Address concerns promptly, ensuring a positive and memorable service experience.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Implement innovative solutions to enhance service operations.
  • Monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service department efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Effectively manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and inventory, to optimize service operations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for servicerelated revenue growth. Implement strategies to increase service department profitability.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Service Manager
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair processes.
  • Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Effective planning and organizational abilities.
