    Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead the Beira branch, overseeing all operational areas and ensuring effective management of labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Direct overall operations and supervise staff in achieving established goals and objectives.
    • Ensure safe and efficient operations, representing the company on regulatory issues and enhancing operational procedures and systems.
    • Manage branch operations with excellent client service, ensuring sufficient skilled staff and implementing short- and long-term goals.
    • Recruit, train, and develop employees, communicating job expectations and enforcing policies and procedures.
    • Analyze workflow, forecast requirements, and implement changes to improve productivity and efficiency.
    • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, establishing standards and procedures, and complying with legal regulations.
    • Update knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and maintaining personal networks.
