Job Title: Branch Manager

Grade: D2 Minimum Midpoint

Total Compensation: R742,993 - R874,110

Number of Positions: 1

The successful candidate will manage the branch operations to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services to small enterprises and co-operatives in line with the organization's strategy and policies.

Main Responsibilities

1. Manage Branch Operations
2. Manage Infrastructure
3. Nurture Stakeholder Relations within the Branch
4. Lead Human Resources within the Branch
5. Oversee Financial and Risk Management within the Branch

Required Qualifications

1. A matric certificate (NQF Level 4) and a Bachelor's Degree or BTech (NQF Level 7) in Economics, Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, or Engineering
2. Honours Degree or Postgraduate Diploma (NQF Level 8) is an added advantage

Inherent Job Requirements

1. A valid driver's license

Desired Work Experience

1. 6-8 years of working experience, with 3-5 years in a management/business advisory position
2. Experience in dealing with Small, Medium, and Micro Enterprises (SMMEs)
3. Interacting with stakeholders
4. Operations Management Experience
