    Our client requires the services of an Operations Engineer (Entry) - Midrand/Menlyn/Rosslyn/Home Office rotation.

    EXPERIENCE: 2-4 Years related working experience.

    QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

    • IT Degree and/or relevant qualifications
    • Min 5 years of experience in a corporate environment
    • Project managements qualification and/or relevant experience

    ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

    • A bachelors degree in administration or relevant qualifications.
    • A minimum of 5 years experience in a corporate environment.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
    • Superior SCRUM and workload automation product knowledge.
    • Change Management (CM)
    • IT Service Management (ITSM)
    • Release Planning
    • Start Up Management (SUM)
    • System Monitoring
    • Technical Continuity Management (TCM)
    • Excellent proficiency in the Agile Tool Chain (JIRA, Confluence)
    • Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter

    ADVANTAGEOUS TECHNICAL SKILLS

    • Knowledge of GROUP, YPA (Advantageous)
    • A team player with leadership skills.
    • Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail

    ROLE:

    • Stakeholder analysis and reviews (Building and maintaining profitable relationships).
    • Support the growth of Workload Automation products (Alliances, identify gaps and opportunities).
    • Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these by strategizing accordingly.
    • Communication management (newsletters and notifications)
    • JIRA coordination (Projects, sprints and Kanban boards)
    • Confluence design, build and maintenance
    • Compliance management (YPA documentation, Audits, LRE and KPI adherence)
    • Work with the technology teams to ensure a seamless product experience
    • Provide general assistance to the Operations team and end users
    • Work closely with other functional consultants, developers, product owners and various global stakeholders in a bigger feature team
    • Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
    • Keeping customers updated on the latest products and features.
    • Meeting with product owners in the organization to plan strategically.
    • Internal team liaison, travel and claims process support, even coordination, and guest hosting
