    Role Overview:
    A dynamic individual to fulfill a marketing role, but with slightly less emphasis on strategic and agency experience. The primary focus is on managing general advertising needs,
    community management, and social media engagement for a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) project.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage baseline marketing activities: social media, content creation, posting, & copy.
    • Oversee ambassadors, influencers, & content creators, ensuring a steady flow of quality content.
    • Act as the liaison and account manager between the brand and the paid media agency.
    • Coordinate with the agency for newsletters, strategy, design, and video editing.
    Essential Skills and Traits:
    • Excellent communication skills, organization, time management and efficiency.
    • Persuasive and adept at representing the brand to potential content creators and ambassadors.
    • Strong creative eye for distinguishing between high-quality and mediocre content.
    • Ability to curate mood boards and guide photographers for brand-aligned photo shoots.
    Desired Experience:
    • Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not paramount.
    • Proven track record of commitment and longevity in previous roles.
    • Familiarity with technologies like Shopify and the ability to adapt to new tools like ClickUp.

    Additional Considerations:
