- Create and execute customer campaigns using marketing automation systems to drive customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value.
- Set up journeys and workflows on the marketing automation platform for lead nurturing, welcome and onboarding sequences, re-engagement, upsell and cross-sell, boost customer engagement and overall customer experience through tactical campaigns, and improve retention through retention workflows.
- Manage multiple customer engagement journeys and marketing campaigns across all channels on the Marketing Automation Platform.
- Work with stakeholders for strategic planning, development, and timely execution of integrated, top-to-bottom-of-the-funnel marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, drive acquisition, retention, and customer lifetime value.
- Partner with internal teams, including Customer Relationship Marketing, Direct Marketing, Digital Marketing, Data Science and Analytics, and Business Intelligence for campaign continuity.
- Maintain consistency across campaigns in strategy, creative assets, design, messaging.
- Run A/B tests on campaigns and landing pages to optimize performance.
- Track campaign results, report metrics, and tweak workflows accordingly.
- Ensure compliance while executing email marketing campaigns and data.
- Analyze digital marketing campaign performance and provide technical guidance when required on how to plan, organize, prioritize, and oversee activities to efficiently meet business objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Marketing Management or Customer Relationship Management.
- Diploma or equivalent in Marketing Automation strategy and implementation.
- At least three to five years of hands-on marketing automation campaign management experience.
- Previous experience working with any marketing automation platform, e.g., SAS CI 360, Adobe, or Salesforce, with specialist credentials.
- Digital design experience and/or understanding of HTML coding.
- Experience working in SAS CI 360 or other marketing automation systems, including Hubspot, Klaviyo, etc.
- Able to see the big picture and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail from ideation to execution.
- Experience managing internal and external client/vendor relationships.
- Able to flex between autonomous work and team collaboration.
- Excellent written, verbal, and time management skills.
- Master of MS Office Suite and Google Suite, as well as any Marketing Automation tool or Email Service Platform.
- Knowledge of financial services valuable but not required.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Experience working with data, especially in customer data roles.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing practices.
- Good planning, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, strong, quick, and detail-oriented execution skills.
