Northpoint Realty Group pays up to an 80/20 Commission split with an additional Profit Share

Northpoint offers 2 income streams

A. Income from your Personal Efforts & Turnover
- _ Team Leaders receive _80% commission_
- _6 weeks average time to complete your first deal

• On target earnings for Year 1 (R400k
• R600k), Year 2 (R800k +) _plus_ bonuses & incentives

B. Profit share income from your Personal Team

• You receive up to 6% profit share from every transaction in your team
• On target earnings from 10 team members for year 1 (R300k
• R450k)

As a Commercial & Industrial Broker and Residential Agent you will be:

• Responsible for sales & leasing of properties i.e. offices, warehouses, factories commercial land, investments, residential & new commercial developments
• Prospecting for new corporate tenants & buyers
• Canvassing for vacancies within the Residential and commercial & industrial property arena
• Adding listings to our various marketing channels
• Matching tenants & buyer with appropriate vacancies
• Networking with Sellers, Buyers, landlords, tenants, and other property stakeholders
• Negotiating lease & sales agreements

What you need:

• Your own reliable transport, laptop, and smartphone nonnegotiable.
• Must have been working as a Residential Agent or Commercial Broker for at least 12 months.
• Must have a minimum of 15 listings as a Residential Agent or 30 listings as a Commercial Broker.
