Job description

Responsibilities

  • Processing of incoming instructions in respect of: o New investment administration for members joining Group RA employers. o Ensuring employer, IFA and member queries are attended to timeously with superior levels of service. o Ongoing servicing transactions including employer and member detail maintenance, regular contributions and contribution maintenance, member and employer status changes and member switches.
  • Validating all incoming instructions with regards to: o Various legislative requirements relating to Group Retirement Annuities. o Completeness and accuracy of instructions from Employers and IFA's. o FICA requirements.
  • Liaising with Employers, and IFA's to expedite the implementation of instructions received to meet our service delivery standards and with exceptional levels of client service.
  • Continuous focus on process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Recording all interactions with all stakeholders.
  • Ad hoc duties and projects as may be required from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience: relevant business qualification and/or job/industry experience.
  • At least six months Operations experience is preferable (negotiable)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Retirement Annuities advantageous
